For nearly 90 years, the West Virginia Library Commission has assisted, advised, and counseled public libraries in developing a culture that values reading, education, and freedom of access to information. By providing access to numerous resources, services and programs, the library is a place where a child can turn his love of Legos into a career in architecture and an adult wishing for or needing a career change can ignite a new passion.
